A specially modified Gear-Up! So far, this rig has run flawlessly, and has even made a run down into the Barranca del Cobre (Copper Canyon), in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. Special modifications made by Raceway Services include a set of custom upswept muffles, hand-operated tank-shifter and reversing lever, hill-holder parking brake, and strengthened 2WD actuation rod. The owner has mounted a set of Pelican cases up front, a set of auxiliary fuel canisters in the rear, and a luggage rack on the nose. In addition, two Euro-style auxiliary power outlets have been added to the left-hand side cover (one wired to a heat-controller for an electric jacket liner), and a Garmin GPSMAP 376C GPS receiver is mounted on the handlebars.
